Guide to refilling the dewars for the uninitiated

Go to the loading dock with a dewar of known size that you can carry and lift when full.
Don't forget at least one cryo-glove, the hose will get extremely cold.



Put the hose in the dewar, turn the blue knob on the big tank, and fill until LN2 spurts out.
Watch for it, try to not get hit by it, and don't look down the spout.



Fill out the pay-sheet with Prof. Crabb's name on it like it is here.



You can get into the dewar closet through lab 17, which your lab 28 key can open.
Go around to the left, through the grad student office and into the closet.
Open the door to the hall and prop it open with the heavy thing behind the door.



Fill every dewar in the closet, you might have to make multiple trips to the LN2 tank.
Pour LN2 into the opening until full, try your best to spill as little as possible,
but it's not a big deal if you spill some.



Use the check-sheet that is in the closet on the desk to keep track.
The name is on the dewar itself.
If some dewars are in lab 28, fill them too.
